Coupa Software Inc. is seeking a Demand Generation Director for the Americas. You will own the integrated demand strategy, planning, and execution, coordinating across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to optimize pipeline health and conversions.

You bring 10+ years in B2B demand gen with proven leadership, analytics, and experience designing high-impact sales plays and outreach cadences. This is a senior individual contributor role with cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or related go-to-market roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and scalable demand engines.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the integrated demand strategy for the Americas.
• Develop and execute demand plans, plays, cadences, and pipeline health metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Revenue Ops to align priorities.
• Provide leadership input on forecasting, budgeting and performance insights.
