Job summary

Schnabel is seeking a Deltek Vantagepoint Administrator / Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance our ERP environment. This role acts as a liaison between business users, accounting, and technology teams to ensure data integrity and effective reporting.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen, enjoys solving problems, and helps users maximize ERP value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar ERP.
• Strong SQL for data extraction and querying.
• Ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with teamwork experience.
• SSRS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system.
• Configure, maintain, and ensure data integrity.
• Develop reports using SQL and SSRS.
• Extract and analyze data with SQL queries.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, IT.
• Translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support process improvements of enterprise systems.
