Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, CS, or related field.
• 2+ years supporting enterprise applications and integrations.
• 3+ years hands-on with Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Experience designing/supporting API, web service, ETL, and middleware integrations.
• Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience with XML, JSON, REST APIs, SOAP, and data transformation tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support Deltek Vantagepoint integrations.
• Analyze business processes to improve automation and data quality through integrations.
• Configure data interfaces using APIs, ETL tools, middleware, and file-based integrations.
• Create integration specifications, data mappings, and technical designs.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Project Controls, IT to gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support Deltek Vantagepoint upgrades and new modules by assessing impact.
• Monitor integration performance and data integrity.
• Coordinate testing activities: unit, system, UAT, production deployments.
• Partner with vendors and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain security, governance standards for integrations.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer as needed.
