Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years in project administration, preferably in an engineering or construction related field.

Responsibilities

• Complete project start-up and billings in a timely, accurate approach.
• Assist Project Accounting Manager to accomplish billing period goals.
• Enter and manage new project start-ups and additions.
• Prepare bath billings and finalize invoices for submission to clients.
• Ensure all billing transactions are accurately completed and recorded.
• Communicate and resolve billing issues with Project Accounting Manager.
• Review billing status of projects to ensure client and internal dates are met.
