Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking an ERP specialist to administer Deltek Vantagepoint configurations, manage timesheet validations, and support monthly period-end activities across multiple entities.

You will collaborate with Finance Systems leadership, ensure data integrity for payroll, overhead allocation, and ERP integrations, and work in a mixed environment of remote, client-site, and office locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial systems, or enterprise business apps such as Deltek VantagePoint.
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Deltek Vantagepoint configurations: employees, org structures, labor codes, security roles, user provisioning.
• Own the weekly ADP-Deltek timesheet validation cycle, escalate exceptions, produce Payroll exceptions report (Mon/Tue).
• Support monthly period-end activities including open/close, posting, overhead allocation, invoicing and revenue generation.
• Maintain prevailing wage configurations and support compliance audits tied to prevailing wage obligations.
