Qualifications

• 3-7 years in consumer packaged goods and/or cannabis sales.
• Proven track record of opening new states and scaling distribution.
• Channel experience in convenience, wellness, or dispensaries.

Responsibilities

• Launch states by executing entry plans for priority markets.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard distributor partners.
• Win doors across retail channels through strong presentations.
• Support key accounts, ensuring retail engagement.
• Track and report on pipeline progress and forecasts.

Skills

Sales experience in CPG and/or cannabis

Distributor relationship management

Channel experience in convenience and dispensaries

Understanding of distribution cycles

Comfort in compliance-driven environments

Strong forecasting and reporting ability
