The role emphasizes coaching, strategic oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and ensure a safe, compliant, and engaging customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience is required.
• Must be able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction and oversight of all dispensary operations, ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs and promotions.
• Oversee inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling and daily reconciliation processes.
• Manage ordering, expenses, and store budgets.
• Conduct monthly audits and reviews for efficiency improvements.
