Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a General Manager for RISE Dispensary to lead a diverse team in delivering memorable cannabis retail experiences. You will oversee customer journey, inventory, safety, and team development, while serving as an ambassador for social impact in our communities.

Lead the omni-channel experience, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive revenue through programs and promotions. Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience and proven retail management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience is required
• Must pass background checks and have valid drivers license or state ID

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations. Ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs and promotions.
• Oversee and manage inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain and enforce cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation.
• Manage order and expense processes aligned with store budgets.
• Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews for improvements.
