Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations, ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs, promotions, and regionalized in-store initiatives.
• Oversee money handling, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash management protocols and daily reconciliations.
• Manage order and expense processes aligned with store budgets.
• Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews to identify inefficiencies.
