Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Manager, Dell Specialty Sales to lead a team of specialists focused on Dell Storage, Server, and AI Client portfolios.

This role owns the team’s results, builds refresh processes, and develops specialists capable of 100-200 level customer conversations about Dell products and roadmaps. You will align SHI Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Dell teams, driving quarterly and annual targets and partnering on campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• 4+ years in technology sales, with leadership or coaching experience.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Dell Specialty Sales Specialists, setting activity, pipeline, and results.
• Own refresh-cycle process and assign accounts to ensure coverage.
• Forecast, measure, and drive quarterly/annual targets for bookings and gross profit.
• Align with Dell channel and direct teams; partner with executives and Solutions Engineers.
