Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support our Water Treatment team in Tulsa. The role involves warehouse tasks, assisting Technical Route Sales Representatives, and may include some deliveries. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for career growth.

You will operate a forklift, load/unload trucks, perform cycle counts, and maintain inventory accuracy while following safety standards. Shift is 7:00am–3:30pm with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Class B CDL with hazmat, tanker and airbrakes endorsements (training provided).
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer functions (email and data entry).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work varied hours and outdoors/indoors in PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: pick, pack, ship per DOT requirements.
• Load and unload product from truck; inspect containers.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse/office data and housekeeping.
• Back up sales team with driving, delivery and customer service.
• Follow safety procedures and operate forklift and pallet jack.
