Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. is actively seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our Water Treatment team. This role contributes to branch success by handling warehouse duties and, when needed, assisting with deliveries, while supporting the Technical Route Sales Representatives to ensure reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Class B CDL with hazmat, tanker and airbrakes endorsements; training provided.
• Experience operating industrial forklift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions (email, data entry) using JDE.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally; PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: pick, pack, ship orders per DOT requirements.
• Load and unload product by truck; inspect and fill containers.
• Maintain/inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide back-up support to sales: driving, delivering, customer service.
• Operate forklift and equipment; follow safety procedures.
