Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our Water Treatment team. The role supports warehouse operations, assists Technical Route Sales Representatives, and may include delivering product to customers while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Expect paid on-the-job training, a competitive hourly rate of $24.00-$26.00 with a 5% bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package. Shift hours vary, typically 7:30am-5pm, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift operation experience preferred; training for CDL and endorsements will be provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: pick, pack, prepare, and ship orders per DOT requirements.
• Load/unload product, inspect and fill containers.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance tasks as needed; cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
