Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our team. The role maintains the branch warehouse, supports the Technical Route Sales Representatives, and may perform deliveries.

On-the-job training is provided. Eligible benefits include medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) match, ESPP, PTO and holidays. Shift is 5:00am–3:00pm Mon-Thu, 5:00am–12:30pm Fri.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Takes initiative and works well without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warehouse duties including pick, pack, prepare and ship orders according to DOT requirements.
• Load and unload product by truck; inspect and fill chemical containers.
• Perform inspections, maintenance tasks, and inventory counts to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse and office data and keep housekeeping standards.
• Provide back-up to sales team, including driving a truck and delivering product.
• Follow safety procedures and operate equipment like forklift and pallet jack.
