Hawkins, Inc. is a trusted leader in the chemical industry with 80+ years of service. We seek a Warehouse & Delivery Associate for our Water Treatment segment to maintain the branch warehouse, support route sales reps, and occasionally deliver orders.

Paid on-the-job training is provided. This role offers opportunities for career growth and varied hours, with competitive hourly compensation and a 5% bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate an industrial forklift; experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Class B CDL with hazmat, tanker and airbrakes endorsements (we will assist in training).
• Ability to perform basic computer functions such as email and data entry for inventory using our JDE system.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warehouse duties: pick, pack, prepare and ship orders per DOT requirements.
• Load/unload product by truck; inspect and fill chemical containers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and variance resolution.
• Provide back-up support to sales: driving, delivering, and customer service.
• Follow safety procedures and operate equipment in compliance with regulations.
