Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our Water Treatment team. This role maintains warehouse operations, supports Route Sales Representatives, and may perform deliveries, with training provided on the job to ensure safety and accuracy. The position offers career growth and team collaboration.

Expect daily duties including loading/unloading, inventory checks, and coordination with customers. Compensation ranges with the role, and benefits follow for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate an industrial forklift; prior experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain Class B CDL with hazmat, tanker and airbrakes endorsements (training assistance provided).
• Basic computer skills: email and data entry for inventory using JDE.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work varied hours and overtime; provide field support as needed.
• Physically able to lift 50 lb frequently and 75 lb occasionally; operate forklift; work outdoors in required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: pick, pack, and ship orders per DOT requirements.
• Load/unload product, inspect and fill containers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; cycle counts and housekeeping.
• Provide back-up to sales team, including driving a truck and customer service.
• Follow safety procedures and operate equipment safely.
