Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a self-motivated Driver Trainer to mentor Delivery Associates and build a strong driver training culture across our stations. You will conduct hands-on training, lead drive-alongs, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

The role requires a DOT-focused mindset, effective communication, and the ability to manage large groups. The position covers training delivery across multiple sites within proximity, with travel up to 50 miles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• Experience delivering training to individuals and groups
• Valid and active driver's license
• Are 21 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, and/or prior Amazon experience
• Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of an organization
• Experience leading teams

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 people
• Partner with DSPs and managers to coordinate training activities
• Understand processes and training requirements for all drivers
• Provide reporting on trainings, safety, and compliance
• Educate and audit driver safety and compliance standards
• Track performance and identify retraining opportunities
• Drive and load/unload a truck as scheduled using approved equipment
• Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles of the home station
