Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for long shifts.
• Work 40 hours/week with potential overtime; valid US driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States; DOT requirements compliance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate driver training sessions and drive‑alongs at multiple sites.
• Coordinate with DSPs, Operations Managers, and Learning Teams to plan activities.
• Report on training completion, safety compliance, and maintenance duties.
• Educate on driver safety, vehicle inspections, and DOT rules.
• Track performance and identify retraining needs; hands‑on coaching.
