Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Tennessee is seeking a Driver Trainer to establish the right training culture for Delivery Associates. You will lead in‑station classes and drive‑alongs, coaching on safety, quality and productivity while partnering with DSPs and Operations to scale training.

The role requires 1+ year of Office experience, a valid US driver’s license, 21+ years old, and DOT eligibility. Expect travel within 50 miles and a 40‑hour baseline plus overtime.

Qualifications

1+ year of Microsoft Office experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
Valid driver’s license and 21+ years old.
Authorized to work in the United States and DOT compliant.
Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

Facilitate driver training classes for up to 30 people, in-station and drive-alongs.
Coordinate with DSPs, Operations, and Learning Teams on training activities.
Maintain knowledge of driver programs, safety, and compliance requirements.
Provide timely reporting on training completion, safety, and maintenance duties.
Coach Delivery Associates on safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles of home station.
