Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Driver Trainer to lead in-station training and on-road drive-alongs, educating Delivery Associates on safety, quality, and productivity. You will coordinate with DSPs and area managers, manage training content, and ensure compliance with DOT requirements.

The role requires hands-on training, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles while exemplifying Amazon Leadership Principles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Valid and active driver’s license; 21 years of age or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File; DOT requirements compliance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily training classes for drivers and Drive-alongs.
• Coordinate with DSPs, Operations Managers, and Learning Teams to organize training activities.
• Educate on safety, quality, and productivity standards and track performance.
• Provide timely reporting on trainings, compliance, and maintenance duties.
• Lead by example, coaching Delivery Associates to met standards.
