Job summary

Amazon is seeking self-motivated Delivery Trainers to join our team on an interim basis to build a network of Delivery Associates in the communities where we operate. You will mentor learners, lead large-group training sessions, and conduct hands-on drive-alongs to instill safe practices.

As a Delivery Trainer, you will establish the right training culture in your station, set up the training experience, and instruct sessions focused on safety, quality, and productivity for drivers across

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Experience developing and delivering training programs or mentoring others.
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 people, including in‑station classes and drive‑alongs.
Coordinate, facilitate, and measure training activities with DSPs, Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Learning Teams.
Track performance and provide retraining or process improvement opportunities for non‑CDL DOT training.
Provide timely reporting on training completion, compliance, safety, and maintenance duties.
Educate and audit driver safety and compliance standards such as DVIRs and hours of service.
