Job summary

Amazon in North Carolina is seeking a Driver Trainer to develop and deliver training for Delivery Associates, including hands-on drive-alongs and in-station sessions across our stations. You will educate on safety, quality, and productivity, adapt to different learning styles, coach associates, and model Amazon Leadership Principles while helping teams exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and 21+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily driver training classes for up to 30 people, including in-station sessions and drive-alongs.
• Coordinate with DSPs, Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Learning Teams to plan training activities.
• Ensure drivers understand safety, quality, and DOT requirements.
• Provide timely reporting on training completion, safety and maintenance duties.
• Coach Delivery Associates and provide feedback to improve performance.
