Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Trainer to coach DSP driver associates on safe driving and high-quality customer service as they deliver packages to homes, retail locations, and other sites within 50 miles of the home station.

You will partner with DSPs and Operations Managers to coordinate training, track performance, and provide timely reporting on training completion, safety, and maintenance duties while supporting travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to understand safety guidelines.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites within 50 miles of home station.
• Ability to give and receive feedback and work with teams.
