Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a current permanent blue badge associate in good standing.
• Candidates must be 18 years or older with ability to understand and follow safety guidelines.
• Must be able to travel to multiple sites within 50 miles of the home station.
• Ability to give and receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DSPs, Operations Managers, and Area Managers to coordinate, facilitate, and measure training-related activities.
• Track performance and provide retraining and process improvement opportunities for non-CDL driver training.
• Provide timely reporting on trainings, compliance, safety, and maintenance duties.
• Educate and audit driver safety and compliance standards such as vehicle inspection reports, hours of service, and trip planning.
• Support equipment standard work within a node, including inspections, repair requests, and maintenance monitoring.
• Work different shifts at various locations within the node and travel up to 50% as needed.
