Job summary

Genbev is seeking a Delivery Driver Supervisor to oversee and mentor the delivery team, while also delivering products to assigned accounts and rotating/merchandising as needed.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage routes, schedules, and safety. You will ride with drivers, monitor performance, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide job training to drivers.
• Be available at start of day to provide direction and feedback.
• Monitor drivers’ stock rotation, pricing, POS placement, and display building.
• Ride with drivers to evaluate performance.
• Maintain updated routing and schedule information by route.
• Create work schedules for sick leave, vacation, and injuries.
• Address complaints with supervisor to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure program, pricing and promotion information is shared with drivers.
• Update and maintain DOT driver files.
• Conduct growth conversations and performance discussions.
• Foster a collaborative, open communication culture.
