Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner helping brands design, build and deliver innovative products. We seek a Business System Analyst in Guadalajara, North, to analyze complex problems and drive automated, standardized solutions under IT leadership.

Responsibilities include mapping processes, drafting functional specs, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring ERP tools (Baan, SAP) meet requirements. Advanced English and onsite work are expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced English.
• SQL databases and scripting.
• Hands-on ERP experience (Baan, SAP).
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements based on industry trends and business knowledge.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency and align with strategic goals.
• Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with business requirements.
• Write clear, precise functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Use tools to analyze complex structures and provide actionable insights.
