Job summary

PPC Flex in Utah seeks a Systems Analyst to support the ERP system and related business applications. You will train users, develop reports, and document processes across multiple manufacturing locations.

The ideal candidate is analytic, customer-focused, and eager to learn business processes and technology systems. Occasional on-site travel and collaboration with IT and business teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, BIS or related field required.
• 2–3 years in systems/ERP support or related roles.
• Experience with business applications or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support to ERP users.
• Deliver training and create user guides and procedures.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis requests.
• Document business processes and support system upgrades.
