Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Two to three years of experience in a systems analyst, business analyst, ERP support, or related role.
• Experience supporting business applications or ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of databases, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support to ERP system users.
• Troubleshoot system issues and assist users in resolving process-related questions.
• Deliver training to new users and provide ongoing guidance on established procedures and best practices.
• Assist with maintaining user access and security permissions.
• Work with ERP vendors and internal IT staff to investigate and resolve system issues.
• Support ERP upgrades, testing activities, and system enhancements.
