Job summary

J.Crew is seeking an Analyst – Design Sourcing Systems to support the development, enhancement, integration, and ongoing support of applications that enable Design, Product Development, MP&A, Sourcing, Logistics, and Supply Chain organizations.

This role partners closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, infrastructure, QA, and external partners to deliver scalable technology solutions, including FlexPLM and JCI, with production support and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of experience developing, supporting, or maintaining enterprise applications.
• Experience with Java or other OO languages.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL development).
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments and deployments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support enhancements for FlexPLM and related design & sourcing applications.
• Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Work with Infrastructure, InfoSec, QA, and external partners on environments and deployments.
• Participate in code reviews, unit/integration testing, and production releases.
• Identify opportunities to modernize applications and automate manual processes.
