Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting by phone and email, resolving complaints, diagnosing issues, monitoring routes, coordinating with drivers and internal teams, and managing multiple priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer and delivery issues
• Monitor delivery routes and progress
• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations
• Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate information
