The Supervisor Small Store Merchandiser Delivery at Coca-Cola Consolidated leads a team responsible for efficient merchandising of Coca-Cola products while meeting distribution objectives with emphasis on the Small Store Service Delivery Model. This role onboards new teammates, responds to customer issues, and trains team members using three or more Right Execution Daily RED rides per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 years relevant experience.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Preferred: 2 years of college or technical schooling.

Responsabilités

• Lead Small Store Merchandisers to meet delivery goals and manage onboarding.
• Coach and train staff using three or more RED rides weekly.
• Ensure Kronos timekeeping accuracy and mileage reimbursements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive productivity improvements.
• Coordinate with sales and delivery teams for Service Delivery Model success.
