Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Relief CDL to deliver and rotate stock, merchandise shelves, and support driver teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with the Sales Supervisor to execute displays and promotions, maintain backstock, and ensure product care and safety compliance, while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Class A CDL required and able to maintain DOT/UNITED policy compliance.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and PPE requirements.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, rotate, and merchandise products on shelf, displays and all cold equipment.
• Transport and unload products to retail outlets and maintain company standards.
• Merchandise shelves, racks and displays and build strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with the Sales Supervisor to execute planograms and promotions.
• Maintain backstock, keep units clean, and report store issues to management.
• Assist with training and coaching of delivery merchandiser trainees.
