Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) in the United States seeks a Supervisor, Delivery NFS to lead a team responsible for efficient delivery and merchandising of products while meeting distribution objectives. The role will onboard new teammates, respond to customer issues, optimize routes, and uphold safety policies.

The Supervisor will train merchandisers, drive right execution daily (RED) rides, and manage staff performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Class A CDL license required.
• Knowledge of CCCI Sales and Delivery operations preferred.
• Prior leadership and management experience a plus.
• Must be able to lift and merchandise products up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring and onboarding to ensure right fit and smooth onboarding.
• Manage, lead, and motivate a team of Full-Service Delivery Merchandisers and Cashiers to deliver results.
• Engage and develop teammates through performance management, coaching, and training.
• Implement continuous improvement while maintaining customer focus and embodying company values.
• Teach and train staff on processes to maximize profit and productivity with regular RED rides.
• Ensure internal audit guidelines and cash handling, Kronos time-card management, and fuel card management.
• Manage delivery and merchandising of all pre-sold orders in the territory, ensuring customer service standards.
• Monitor key business indicators and develop action plans to drive productivity gains.
• Establish a safe working environment with training and evaluations and safety blitzes.
• Cross-functionally partner with sales, warehouse, and route planning teams.
