Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks a Delivery Supervisor to lead a team responsible for efficient full-service delivery and merchandising of products while meeting distribution objectives. The role will onboard new teammates, respond to customer issues, optimize routes, and uphold safety and compliance policies with a strong focus on teamwork and accountability.

The supervisor will train merchandisers, conduct RED rides, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCCI Sales and Delivery operations preferred.
• Prior leadership and management experience a plus.
• Must demonstrate good planning techniques and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Ability to manage constant change in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift and merchandise products up to 75 pounds; use of hand cart, CooLift, Pallet Jacks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring, onboarding, and staffing needs.
• Manage and motivate a team of Delivery Merchandisers and Cashiers to hit goals.
• Coach and develop teammates through performance management and training.
• Drive continuous improvement while maintaining customer focus and company values.
• Train on processes to maximize profit and productivity; conduct RED rides weekly.
• Ensure cash handling and time-card procedures are followed.
• Oversee vending strategy, fill rates, and space to sell for assigned territory.
• Monitor key metrics and develop action plans to improve productivity.
• Maintain a safe working environment with proper training and safety drills.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and route planning teams.
