Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a warehouse associate to help offload and load furniture from trailers, move items within the warehouse, and assist teams on the floor. The role may require certification on material handling equipment such as order pickers and electric pallet jacks.

You should be able to work independently and with a team. The position emphasizes safety, physical capability to lift heavy furniture, and the ability to perform tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating an order picker and electric pallet jack is preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is preferred.

• Offloading and loading furniture on trailers, into bins and within floor locations.
• Ability to become certified on material handing equipment, including order picker and electric pallet jack.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, lower, push and pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Safely lift furniture merchandise while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet above the ground.
