Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking an operations leader to oversee delivery teams and warehouse staff at the York CSC-CPEN location. You will drive safety, performance, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with service centers and showrooms to meet company standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, process adherence, and cross-functional communication to ensure efficient operations and a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Operational management experience is a plus.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs.
• Knowledge of computer Routing System is preferred.
