Job summary

BNY is launching the 2027 Analyst Program – Engineering (Data Science) to rotate through technical projects and learn the company's culture, people, and impact. Participants will gain hands-on experience in data science, programming, and analytics within a global financial services leader.

Between 24 months, you will work on projects using Python, JavaScript, Java, and related technologies, with structured onboarding, mentorship, and real-world business impact shaping your early career at BNY.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors.
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

• Apply data science and analytical methods to business problems.
• Analyze data, perform profiling and feature engineering, and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Build and automate analytical processes, models, and tools to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Partner with teams across engineering and the business to turn data insights into practical recommendations.
