BNY Mellon is seeking participants for the 2027 Analyst Program in the Office of the CFO - Delivery. The 24-month rotational program exposes you to enterprise transformation, PI planning, and delivery governance, helping you translate strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans.
You will rotate across teams, map processes, manage dependencies, and use AI-enabled tools to generate insights and improve decision making.
At BNY, the Delivery Practice is where strategy becomes action. Through rotations and high-impact projects, you will help teams plan, prioritize, and deliver work that matters-while gaining hands-on experience in process and value-stream mapping, PI planning, capacity and dependency management, governance, change execution, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams to connect priorities to Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), spot risks early, and keep delivery moving. You will also explore how AI-enabled tools and trusted data can streamline routine analysis, uncover useful insights, and support faster, smarter decisions. With exposure to the Enterprise Transformation Hub, you will see how enterprise priorities and cross-platform initiatives come together-and help shape the standards, skills, tools, and measures that make delivery work at scale.
If you are curious, collaborative, and energized by turning complex ideas into real results, this could be the role for you. You will have the opportunity to learn new technology, work across teams, solve meaningful problems, and use data and AI thoughtfully to improve how decisions are made and work gets delivered.
