Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, DSL in New York. You will provide in-person, on-the-spot support to customers, coordinate with warehouse partners, and help ensure packages are delivered on time while maintaining high standards of service.

You will communicate across channels, resolve issues quickly, and embody Amazon’s customer-obsessed culture. This role requires physical stamina for lifting up to 49 pounds, standing long shifts, and a flexible full-time schedule

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively.
• Experience working with computer and web based tools.
