Job summary

Global-e, Nasdaq: GLBE, is hiring a Solutions Engineer to lead technology and integration tracks for online retailers expanding cross-border e-commerce. You will work across Sales, Project, Product and R&D, conducting technical discussions and prototyping integrations in merchant environments.

The role requires strong communication, 4+ years in SaaS integration, and a solid CS/tech background, with hands-on API, SQL and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a technical field.
• 4+ years in solution design/integration with direct client interaction.
• Experience communicating complex tech to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of systems integration concepts and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Explain platform features and troubleshoot integration roadblocks for clients.
• Identify opportunities and strategize to resolve technical objections.
• Recommend integration strategies and best practices for the Global-e platform.
• Act as technical focal point for client integrations and prototyping.
• Provide ongoing education and technical assistance to partners and clients.
• Stay updated on product roadmaps and feedback from the field.
