A leading cross-border e-commerce platform is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support various teams and assist online retailers in expanding their business. You will lead technology integrations, provide solutions, and communicate technical concepts effectively. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a SaaS environment and strong problem-solving skills. This role offers a competitive salary of $120k - $130k annually, plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in solution design/integration with direct client interaction.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
• Previous experience in eCommerce and Logistics/Operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand the Global-e platform's features.
• Lead integration with logistics and ecosystem partners.
• Act as a technical focal point for client integrations.
