Role Overview

This role is primarily to oversee and monitor the movement of parcels from the merchant through the hub and successfully to the carrier. It involves actively visiting and working within a 3PL environment, training merchants’ operatives for merchant hub, hybrid, and Global‑e hub solutions. Liaising with the Tech Team to solve issues and answering CS queries through Zendesk, you will also work on all carrier exception reporting. You will need to work well in a team but also be confident in working alone and making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor movement of parcels from merchant through hub to carrier.
• Visit merchants and train their operatives for merchant hub, hybrid, and Global‑e hub solutions.
• Work within a 3PL environment, visiting partners regularly.
• Collaborate with the Tech Team to solve issues and address CS queries via Zendesk.
• Handle all carrier exception reporting.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, making confident decisions.
