Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate service scheduling, monitor sales pipelines, and service redemption.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and deliveries, ensuring timely service deployment.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot delivery issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage logistics, including scheduling calls and tracking service usage.
• Provide key metrics on engagement and work across teams to optimize service delivery.

Job Requirements :

• Expertise in Google Workspace or similar cloud-based productivity tools.
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication abilities.
• Aptitude for quickly learning new platforms and systems, both front-end and back-end.
