Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of a Service Advisor position!

The Service Advisor will primarily apply their automotive maintenance and repair expertise to support and guide Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors by reviewing repair orders for both scheduled and unscheduled repairs. They will recommend proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to ensure a well-maintained fleet while minimizing vehicle downtime and maintenance costs.

This is a full-time work-from-home position, allowing you to work 100% remotely from your residence in Salt Lake City, NV or surrounding counties. Our department operates Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. CST, and Saturday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST. Schedules are based on current business needs.

The pay range for this position is $24.07 to $26.07 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, tenure, and organizational needs.

• Additional compensation for weekend and evening shifts (up to $2.00/hour)
• Opportunity to earn an extra $0.25/hr for each current ASE certification in the following list: A1-A9, T1-T8, E1-E3, L1-L3, F1, G1, C1, & X1

Applicants must have a minimum of four (4) current approved ASE certifications; expired certifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide timely advice on repair orders via phone and email, in an efficient and friendly manner
• Review proposals to ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturer recommendations, intervals, vehicle history, and appropriate pricing
• Negotiate changes or corrections to order pricing, assess warranty applications, and create purchase orders; explain procedures to clients, groups, and vendors
• Analyze clients’ needs and repair orders to develop and assess solutions; contact clients for recommendations and approvals
• Identify opportunities for full maintenance service proposals, repairs charged to clients, and vehicle cycling strategies
• Handle calls from drivers, evaluate needs, and suggest proper, cost-effective service locations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reside in Salt Lake City, NV, or surrounding counties in NV and the state of Utah
• Must have a minimum of 4 current approved ASE certifications
• Six months of customer service experience
• Two years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation, or dealership service experience
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to meet technical requirements for remote work
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
