Revenue Cycle Support Central Services Specialist
Location: Remote (must reside in TX)
Hourly Rate: $20-22
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Your Role
- Collects and submits necessary documentation and state forms upon intake
- Enters and updates the admission, discharge, transfer and leave monitoring and reconciliation (ADT) data in individual records across multiple systems (service documentation, billing, state portal)
- Assembles necessary eligibility documentation and ensures it is appropriately filed (burial plan, insurance…)
- Creates cases in iServe , case processing and authorization submission.
- Ensures Avatar, iServe, State portal are updated as needed.
- Collaborates with functional leaders, field teams, and broader Sevita departments to complete eligibility, authorization, and denials-driven administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, signature collection, form submission)
- Performs other related duties and activities as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in excel and data entry
- Associates degree and one year related administrative support experience preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements
- In office expectations to-be-established between individual employee and state leadership, with higher frequency expectations where processing mail at central office is required
