Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, seeks a Dispatcher to schedule and expedite deliveries of finished products to job sites across North America. You will support production with backlog data and manage projects as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in dispatch, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatch experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Understanding of safety and transportation requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares weekly schedule for shipment volume and communicates plan to customers and production teams.
• Adjusts schedule to meet customer needs.
• Communicates job status and delivery schedule to customers.
• Resolves scheduling conflicts for on-time shipments and invoicing.
• Prepares shipment documents, certifications, and backup information.
• Researches and evaluates transportation vendors to reduce costs.
• Maintains vehicle maintenance records on the TSC website.
• Handles high volumes of calls and prioritizes shipments and maintenance.
• Ensures load securement and safety practices.
• Participates in training and development; coordinates with hauling teams.
