Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Dispatch professional to schedule and expedite on-time deliveries, support production backlog reporting, and communicate customer needs to production managers. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of dispatch experience, understands safety and transportation requirements, and is proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of dispatch experience.
• Precast concrete experience a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepares weekly schedule for shipment volume and communicates plan to customers and production teams.
• Adjusts schedule to accommodate customer needs.
• Communicates job status and delivery schedule to customers.
• Resolves production schedule conflicts to ensure on-time shipment and invoicing.
• Prepare shipment documents, certifications and backup information for each shipment.
• Review and research transportation vendors to reduce costs.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records on the TSC website.
• Handle high volumes of calls and prioritize shipments, pickups, and maintenance.
• Ensure safety practices including load securement.
• Participate in training and development.
• Coordinate with outside haulers and loading crew for next day deliveries.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
