Quadrant Technologies is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – Sales & Delivery to oversee end-to-end project delivery while actively supporting sales, pre-sales, and client relationships. The role blends delivery leadership with commercial awareness to uncover growth opportunities.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while partnering with clients and internal teams to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, technology delivery, or related field.
• Proven experience in project/program management, client management, and pre-sales.
• Strong understanding of project financials, resource planning, and commercial management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate needs into viable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality and budgets.
• Lead project teams, allocate resources, monitor performance, and manage risks/escalations.
• Build and maintain client relationships; act as delivery and business contact.
• Partner with sales on client meetings, discovery, proposals, RFPs/RFIs, SOWs, estimates, and presentations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and up-selling within clients.
• Support commercial discussions, project estimates, pricing, forecasting, and profitability management.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales/pre-sales into delivery and drive customer satisfaction.
