Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of services to customer accounts. You will be part of the account delivery leadership, reporting to the Delivery Lead, and may oversee a small team or a virtual delivery organization.

You will work with stakeholders to ensure high quality, value-driven delivery, governance, and ongoing performance against contracts and financial targets across life-cycle services.

Qualifications

• ITI Service Management expertise
• ITIL familiarity (Foundation+)

Responsibilities

• Manage services to deliver commitments and customer value.
• Identify improvements to enhance quality, efficiency and cost performance.
• Measure service performance and drive improvements with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks in service delivery and contracts.
• Prepare and present service reports to customers and teams.
