Quadrant Technologies is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – Sales & Delivery to oversee end-to-end project delivery while actively supporting sales, pre-sales, and client relationships. The role blends delivery leadership with commercial awareness to uncover growth opportunities.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while partnering with clients and internal teams to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, technology delivery, or related field.
• Proven experience in project/program management, client management, and pre-sales.
• Strong understanding of project financials, resource planning, and commercial management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate needs into viable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and budgets are achieved.
• Lead project teams, allocate resources, monitor performance, and proactively manage risks and escalations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact for delivery and business discussions.
• Partner with the sales team on client meetings, discovery sessions, proposals, RFPs/RFIs, SOWs, estimates, and presentations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and up-selling within existing clients.
• Support commercial discussions, project estimates, pricing, forecasting, and profitability management.
• Ensure a smooth transition from sales and pre-sales into project delivery.
• Drive customer satisfaction and continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
• Mentor and develop delivery teams while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
